Create Your Draft

Create the initial draft of your itinerary content.

Navigate to: Draft tab

You have three options for creating your draft:

Option A: Import Existing Document​

Already have an itinerary in Word or PDF format?

Steps:​

  1. Click Upload Document
  2. Select your PDF or DOCX file
  3. Content appears in the editor, ready for modifications

Supported formats:

  • PDF (.pdf)
  • Word Document (.docx, .doc)

Option B: Use AI Draft Assistant​

Starting from scratch? Let AI help you.

Steps:​

  1. The assistant uses:
    • Your trip context (destination, dates)
    • Customer preferences (if collected)
  2. Provide high-level details about the trip
  3. AI helps you draft the itinerary collaboratively

Example Prompts:​

Creating the full draft:

  • "Create a draft for the entire 7-day Bali trip"
  • "Generate a complete itinerary for this Bali honeymoon"
  • "Draft a day-by-day plan covering Ubud, Seminyak, and Uluwatu"

Adding specific activities:

  • "Add Uluwatu Temple visit on Day 1 at 4:00 PM for sunset"
  • "Include Tegalalang Rice Terraces on Day 3 morning at 9:00 AM"
  • "Add a Balinese cooking class at Paon Bali Cooking School on Day 4 at 10:00 AM"

Getting suggestions:

  • "Suggest beach clubs in Seminyak for Day 2 afternoon"
  • "What are good seafood restaurants in Jimbaran Bay for Day 5 dinner?"

Making modifications:

Conversational Style

Talk to the AI naturally! You don't need perfect grammar or formal language. Just describe what you want, and the AI will understand.

Prefer complete control? Write from scratch.

Use the text editor to write your itinerary in any format

Draft Tips​

Write Clearly​

  • Use simple day-by-day structure
  • Include key activities and accommodations
  • Mention important transfers and flights

Be Detailed​

The more details in your draft, the better the AI can structure it in the next step:

Include timing:

  • ✅ "4:00 PM: Uluwatu Temple for sunset and Kecak Dance performance"

Specify activity details:

  • ✅ "9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Guided tour of Tegalalang Rice Terraces with rice field swing experience"

Mention accommodation specifics:

  • ✅ "The Kayon Jungle Resort Ubud - 5-star resort with private pool villa, check-in after 2 PM"

Add transfer information:

  • ✅ "Private car transfer from Ngurah Rai Airport to W Hotel Seminyak (approximately 30 minutes, includes meet & greet)"

Include meal plans:

  • ✅ "7:00 PM: Seafood dinner at Menega Cafe in Jimbaran Bay with beachfront seating"

Specify duration and timing:

  • ✅ "Morning (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM): White water rafting at Ayung River with Bali Adventure Tours, includes lunch"

Why Details Matter

Detailed drafts help the AI:

  • Assign correct time slots and durations
  • Choose appropriate entity types (activity, transfer, meal, etc.)
  • Add realistic descriptions and context
  • Suggest complementary nearby activities
  • Calculate accurate travel time between Bali locations

Don't Worry About Format​

Just get the content down. The AI will structure it properly in the next step.
