Where the Magic Happens

Steps:​

  1. Open the chatbot - Click the chatbot icon in the bottom-right corner
  2. Paste your draft - Copy your draft text from the Draft tab and paste it into the chatbot
  3. Wait ~60 to 90 seconds - AI processes your draft and creates a structured itinerary
  4. Done! - Your complete itinerary appears with:
    • Day sections
    • Activities with descriptions
    • Hotels and accommodations
    • Transfers
    • Flights
    • Location photos

Import from Templates​

Steps:​

  1. Click Import from Template - Click on the Import Template button on the left-hand side of the itinerary builder
  2. Select your template - Choose from your list of saved templates
  3. Done! - All entities are imported instantly:
    • Sections
    • Activities with descriptions
    • Accommodations
    • Transfers
    • Flights
    • Pricing information

Making Changes​

You can edit your itinerary in two ways:

1. Visual Editing (Drag & Drop)​

Drag and drop entities to reorder:

  • Move activities between days
  • Reorder hotels
  • Rearrange transfers

2. Conversational Editing (AI Chatbot)​

Simply tell the chatbot what changes you need:

Examples:

  • "Move the Uluwatu Temple visit to Day 3 evening"
  • "Add The Kayon Jungle Resort in Ubud for 2 nights"
  • "Remove the morning spa session on Day 5"
  • "Change the transfer from shared shuttle to private driver"
  • "Add the Tegalalang Rice Terraces visit on Day 2 at 9 AM"
  • "Include a cooking class at Paon Bali on Day 4 morning"
  • "Move the Tanah Lot sunset visit to Day 6"

Best Practice

Make most changes in the Draft tab before generating your itinerary. The Draft editor is lightweight and fast. Once you're satisfied with your draft, use the AI chatbot to structure it.

The Itinerary chatbot is more resource-intensive and works best for:

  • Minor tweaks - Moving a single activity or changing timing
  • Quick additions - Adding one hotel or activity
  • Simple modifications - Changing transfer types or meal times

For major restructuring (adding entire days, changing multiple activities), it's faster to update your draft and regenerate.

Manual Creation​

Prefer to build manually? Use the drag-and-drop editor to add entities:

Available Entity Types:​

Sections Day dividers, introduction, conclusion

Activities Temple visits, rice terrace tours, water sports, cooking classes, spa sessions, beach clubs

Accommodations Beach resorts, jungle villas, boutique hotels, private pool villas

Transfers Private drivers, airport pickups, inter-area transportation (Seminyak to Ubud, etc.)

Flights Arrival/departure from Ngurah Rai Airport

Bus/Train Shuttle services between areas

To Add an Entity:​

  1. Click the entity type button
  2. Fill in the details
  3. Drag to position it in your itinerary

Example: Adding a temple visit

  • Select "Activities"
  • Name: "Uluwatu Temple & Kecak Dance"
  • Time: "4:00 PM - 7:00 PM"
  • Description: "Visit clifftop temple at sunset, watch traditional Kecak fire dance performance"
  • Location: "Uluwatu, South Kuta, Badung Regency"

Preview Your Itinerary​

Click the Preview tab to see exactly what your customers will see.

This shows:

  • Customer-facing layout
  • All activities and accommodations
  • Location photos (Uluwatu cliffs, Tegalalang rice terraces, Seminyak beaches)
  • Day-by-day structure
  • Map views showing Bali locations
About Location Images

Location photos may take 1-2 minutes to load the first time as our system fetches high-quality images of Bali locations. Once cached, images of Uluwatu Temple, Tegalalang Rice Terraces, Tanah Lot, and other popular spots appear instantly in future itineraries.

Tips for Best Results​

Using AI​

  • Be specific with Bali locations (mention areas: Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Canggu, Nusa Dua)
  • Include activity names (Ayung River rafting, Monkey Forest, Tirta Empul temple)
  • Specify hotel names (The Kayon Resort, W Seminyak, Hanging Gardens)
  • Add timing for sunset activities (Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, beach clubs)
  • Use the chatbot for quick changes instead of manual editing

Organization​

  • Group activities by area to minimize travel time
    • Day 1-2: Seminyak (beaches, beach clubs, shopping)
    • Day 3-5: Ubud (rice terraces, temples, culture)
    • Day 6-7: Uluwatu (cliffs, beaches, sunset spots)
  • Account for Bali traffic (1-2 hours between major areas)
  • Include buffer time for meals and rest
  • Schedule temple visits before sunset (most close by 7 PM)

Professional Touch​

  • Add dress code notes for temple visits (sarongs required)
  • Mention best times to avoid crowds (early morning for rice terraces)
  • Include weather considerations (dry season: April-October)
  • Specify meeting points (hotel lobby, beach club entrance)
  • Note booking requirements (restaurants, beach clubs need reservations)
  • Add practical tips (bring sunscreen, insect repellent for rice fields)
